Evelyn Guerrant is a licensed Broker since 1993 and a Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute (GRI). As a cornerstone of Guerrant Real Estate, Evelyn has dedicated her career to helping countless families find homes that truly fit their needs. A graduate of Western Kentucky University with a background in Home Economics, she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to real estate. Evelyn has also served as President of the Central Kentucky Association of REALTORS® and remains actively involved in community service across education, health, and faith-based organizations.

Brian Darnell is a Western Kentucky University alumnus with a strong background in sales, marketing, and real estate. After building a successful corporate career in Nashville—where he advanced into upper management—Brian returned to Danville in 2003 to continue the family real estate tradition. With over 13 years of experience in real estate and insurance, he combines business expertise with strong community involvement, including service on local boards, school initiatives, and organizations such as Rotary and the City of Danville Transportation Committee.

Amy serves as the Managing Broker of Guerrant Real Estate and has been a trusted professional in the industry for nearly a decade. A lifelong Central Kentucky resident, she brings a diverse background spanning healthcare, higher education, corporate planning, and nonprofit service—all centered around helping people. Amy is known for her dedication, market knowledge, and client-first mindset, guiding buyers and sellers with confidence through every step of the process.
